It contains Pioglitazone, which helps control the sugar level in your blood when you have type 2 diabetes by helping your body make better use of the insulin it produces. It may cause common side effects such as upper respiratory tract infection, headache, sinusitis, myalgia (muscle pain), and pharyngitis. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
